The hotel provided a comfortable base for my travels in Johor Bahru. the personnel were incredibly courteous and super friendly. - the location was very convenient, close to Mid Valley shopping mall, a variety of shopping and food options, and other malls as well.

Early check-in and excellent service. The rooms with a spoilt shower and Aircon, as example. Very polite and welcoming staff in the whole hotel. Location close enough to the biggest mall in JB mid valley southkey and shopping center and shopping options.

Not always friendly staff!

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and carpeted with a great view. The venue was in a perfect location, near the biggest mall in JB, Mid Valley Southkey, and a shopping center.

The whole hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. A double room with toiletries was the best. the breakfast spread was tasty and awesome. the service was great and the pool was nice. the location was good for me, near to mid valley. Plus, it was just off the mall and other shops, shopping centre and easy access and Johor. Everything here was modern, I would want to stay there again.

This place is in a great spot close to a shopping center, making it easy to access the nearest mall and other shops without having to travel far.

During our recent stay at Opero Hotel Southkey, we were impressed with the excellent location, just a short walk from Mid Valley Mall. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were consistently polite and friendly. The hotel also offered a good gym for those looking to stay active during their stay.

The breakfast had so many yummy choices, and it was really delicious. the location is convenient, right around there, and the interior design is quite pleasant. 🌟

Despite bringing this up with the hotel staff, it was never fully resolved.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near the shopping mall is very convenient, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. I especially loved the nice view from my room and the delicious scrambled eggs served during breakfast.

The location was excellent, right next to a shopping mall. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. The room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area. The in-room safe was a nice touch for added security. The free toiletries and hair dryer were a convenient addition. We also appreciated the electric kettle for making coffee or tea in the morning. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were elegant and inviting. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were a great way to relax after a long day. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
